How does complete planning work?
Step 1: Your wishes
In an initial consultation, I get to know you better as a couple (and you get to know me too, of course) and we talk in detail about your wishes and ideas for your mountain wedding.
Step 2: Budget and daily plan
The basis is the budget and day plan, which we work out together based on your priorities and your overall budget. I will keep updating these throughout the planning process in order to keep an eye on both the budget and the schedule.
Step 3: Location scout
Based on your criteria and wishes, you will receive a detailed exposé of suitable locations in the mountains, which we will then go through and discuss in detail. After the viewings, I will of course also support and advise you on the final decision.
Step 4: Service provider
Thanks to my professional network of service providers, I will find the photographer, DJ or caterer that suits you, your ideas and your budget exactly. You can leave all the communication and coordination to me - all you have to do is "spoilt for choice".
Step 5: Design & decoration concept
We create a harmonious colour and decoration concept for your mountain wedding that perfectly reflects the style of the location and, above all, you as a couple. With a lot of passion, attention to detail and a pinch of glitter, we will create something unique - individuality is the key!
Step 6: Planning meetings
In regular planning meetings, we exchange information about the current planning status, discuss the next steps and gradually fill in the daily schedule with further details. In addition, I am of course available to answer any questions or problems you may have by phone or e-mail.
Step 7: Finishing touches for your mountain wedding
The service providers are booked, the concept is finalised. The last weeks and days before your wedding in Austria or the Allgäu are all about finalising the last details. I will also take care of this as part of the complete planning so that you end up with a perfectly coordinated day plan for your mountain wedding.
