Wedding planning for mountain weddings in Austria

Clearly planned, reliably implemented and tailored to alpine wedding locations

As a wedding planner, I accompany couples who want a wedding in the mountains and value structure, experience and realistic planning. Whether in Tyrol, Salzburger Land or the Dolomites - each region has its own conditions that need to be taken into account at an early stage.

My work begins with a clear understanding of your ideas and ends with a realization that you can rely on. It's not about staging, but about processes, decisions and planning that gives you security - from the initial idea to the wedding day.

My services as a wedding planner

Every wedding has different requirements. That's why I offer various forms of support - from complete planning to targeted support for individual steps. Together we will find the framework that suits your situation, your ideas and your wedding location.

Complete planning

I accompany your wedding from the first idea until the wedding day. Planning, coordination and realization from a single source.

Partial planning

For couples who are planning themselves and want targeted support. I step in where relief is needed.

Wedding Day Manager

On the wedding day itself, I ensure that everything runs smoothly. I coordinate everyone involved on site and keep an eye on the schedule.

Winter weddings

Winter weddings require special planning. Weather, daylight and logistics are taken into account right from the start and implemented realistically.

Location scout

The choice of wedding location influences all other decisions. I will support you in your search for the perfect location.

Tiny Weddings

Tiny weddings are weddings that are deliberately kept small. They also require clear planning and structured processes.

I don't do everything. I do mountain weddings.

Wedding planning with experience and an overview

Support that provides structure and makes decisions easier

As a wedding planner, I accompany couples who want well thought-out planning and clear processes. Especially for weddings in the mountains, framework conditions, logistics and realistic assessments play a central role. This is exactly where I come in.

My job is to give you security - both during the preparations and on the wedding day itself. I keep an overview, think ahead and create a structured basis for coherent decisions. This creates a plan that you can build on.

Toni Alm - Salzburg
We got married at the end of July and booked Ronja as our wedding planner for the location search, partial planning and support on the wedding day. Although in the end we decided against the location we had originally confirmed, this was no problem at all for Ronja. She accompanied the change professionally and even canceled the already confirmed location for us again, completely uncomplicated. (...)

Hohe Mut Alm - Austria
In the beginning, we thought long and hard about whether we really needed professional support or whether we should take the planning into our own hands. Now we can say with full conviction: we would never have managed to organize such a wonderful mountain wedding on our own. You were super warm and lovely from the very first moment - we felt we were in good hands with you and could trust you completely. (...)

As a German-Australian couple, we faced the huge challenge of planning our wedding from 20,000 km away and were initially completely overwhelmed. From the very beginning, Ronja was by our side from A to Z and guided us through the entire process. She is incredibly warm, easy to get along with, and approaches everything with so much dedication and passion. You can simply tell that she loves her job with all her heart. (...)

Wedding planning can be useful at any time. Many couples get in touch right at the beginning, others only in the middle of the process. The decisive factor is not the time, but where you need support.

My focus is on weddings in the mountains and alpine regions. In individual cases, I also accompany weddings outside these regions, as long as the general conditions and schedule are a good match.

After the free consultation, you will receive an honest assessment and - if suitable - an individual offer. Further cooperation is structured, transparent and always closely coordinated.
