After months of planning, it has finally arrived: Your wedding day in the mountains! The day on which you say YES to each other and celebrate your love! Full of anticipation, you have been looking forward to this day with a lot of heart and soul prepared down to the smallest detail. But when it comes to the final moves, there are other questions that will give you a stomach ache:
- Who coordinated the guests and you as the bride and groom?
- Who ensures that all service providers are the right place at the right time are?
- Who knows the Daily schedule as well as you, keeps a constant eye on it and makes sure that the guest posts start on time?
This is usually the task of the best man, friends or family. I often find that the groomsmen rush from one place to the next during the getting ready instead of having a drink with the bride or groom. What is the procedure?
Step 1: Handover meeting
6 - 8 weeks before the wedding, we will go through your wedding day in Salzburg, Tyrol or the Allgäu together in detail, so that in the end I know at least as much about your planning as you do. This is the only way I can do my job as master of ceremonies 100 per cent justice.
Step 2: Day plan for your mountain wedding
The day plan contains all the details for your wedding day and forms the basis for my job as Wedding Day Manager.
We create this together so that nothing is forgotten and everything runs smoothly.
Step 3: Wedding day
Look forward to your big day: now you can finally celebrate, laugh and dance after a long period of planning.
As your wedding planner, I will accompany you in the background and ensure that everything runs smoothly so that you and your guests can experience a wonderful day in the midst of the mountain panorama.
