Your wedding day is the result of so much love, time and passion in the preparation. All the little decisions - from the location to the music to the smallest details - add up to this one day. And this day should feel exactly as you dreamed it would.
But a wedding always involves movement in the background: service providers arrive and need contacts, programme items need to be seamlessly integrated - and if the weather changes, a plan B is needed. It's moments like these that decide whether your day is stressful or relaxed - and they need someone to react quickly in the background.
Transferring this responsibility to groomsmen or family sounds logical at first - but they simply lack the experience in such situations. Instead of acting quickly and in a structured manner, they are overwhelmed themselves and miss out on the moments that they should actually be experiencing with you.
A master of ceremonies is not a "nice to have", but the key to ensuring that your day runs as smoothly as you want it to. What is the procedure?
Step 1: Handover meeting
A few weeks before the wedding, we go through your wedding day together in detail so that in the end I know at least as much about your planning as you do. This is the only way I can do my job as master of ceremonies 100 per cent justice.
Step 2: Day plan for your mountain wedding
The day plan contains all the details for your wedding day and forms the basis for my job as Wedding Day Manager. We create this together so that nothing is forgotten and everything runs smoothly.
Step 3: Your wedding day on the mountain
Look forward to your big day: now you can finally celebrate, laugh and dance after a long period of planning. As your wedding planner, I'll be there in the background to make sure everything runs smoothly so that you and your guests can enjoy a wonderful day in the midst of the mountain panorama.
Anyone who believes Mountain wedding it will somehow work itself out, I've probably never been the person who has tried to do everything. to hold together at the same time - at an altitude of 1,500 metres.
