The area around the Hochkönig is not only suitable for bridal couples who come from Austria or the south of Germany and don't want to travel extremely far for their mountain wedding, but also for bridal couples whose Wedding party from all over the world comes and sometimes have to travel by plane: Because in just one less than an hour's journey you are by car from Salzburg Airport in Dienten, Mühlbach or Maria Alm - right in the centre of the mountain world around the Hochkönig!

The Deantnerin in Dienten am Hochkönig
Anyone who follows me on Instagram will have seen her a few times: The beautiful Deantnerin. It is located in Dienten with a breathtaking view of the Hochkönig - perfect for your mountain wedding.
It combines cosiness with modernity like hardly any other location in this region of the Zell am See district. So if you are looking for Wedding planning in search of the perfect Mixture of alpine feeling and modern design is in perfect hands here. Bridal couples can celebrate here both in summer and in winter. Winter with up to 140 guests and get married directly on the wedding meadow belonging to the Alm - panoramic view included. The TOM Alpine hut is located in Maria Alm and as a wedding planner I think that this is exactly the right choice for small and large weddings. Mountain weddings is. The various rooms and parlours of the mountain hut offer space for 60 to 350 people and the getting ready and other programme items can also take place high up on the mountain in Maria Alm.

The Zachhofalm is the perfect location for bridal couples who want a Tiny Wedding with close friends and family. Not all location viewings are the same. Only if you have a Wedding location in the mountains properly inspected you can make an informed and sensible decision in the end. What do I mean by that? You have to when you're in the mountains, the right questions have in their luggage.

- How is the journey organised? Are there any additional costs?

- Are sparklers, confetti & co. allowed?
- How do you bill for food & drinks at your wedding on the mountain?

If you have clarified all the questions on site, you have already done a lot of things right and have a good basis for the subsequent decision.
Photos & videos of your potential wedding venues
What I can also recommend to you is, so many photos and videos as much as possible of the location - there's definitely no such thing as too much! Because believe me, this will help you choose your dream location for your wedding. Mountain wedding in the Hochkönig region as well as help enormously in the further planning process.
