When D & M came to me, their wish was quickly clear: a relaxed wedding weekend in the mountains with their dearest people. Instead of a single wedding day, they wanted to create a wedding weekend full of experiences, personal moments, and small surprises. And spoiler alert: they definitely succeeded!
The weekend kicked off on Friday at Weyerhof in Bramberg with the couple's civil ceremony. This came as a complete surprise to the guests, as everyone was actually expecting a relaxed arrival and a shared evening. After saying "I do," they toasted, ate together, and comfortably ushered in the wedding weekend.
A special detail of this wedding was the stationery, which the groom designed himself. With incredible dedication and attention to detail, he invested many hours in the design, thereby creating the foundation for the entire design concept.
The summery color palette of orange, green, blue, and pink ran throughout the entire wedding weekend—from the floral arrangements to the many small details. The result was a fresh, vibrant concept that perfectly matched the couple’s vision.
The guests arrived at the Hotel Weyerhof on Friday and kicked off the wedding weekend together. The civil ceremony also took place there, before the evening came to a relaxed close with a dinner together. In keeping with the mountain setting, the day’s theme was traditional attire, so dirndls and lederhosen created a particularly cozy atmosphere.
The Saturday began with getting ready, before the two saw each other for the first time as bride and groom during their first look. The two also had personal surprises prepared for each other, allowing them to enjoy a very special moment together.
While the guests were already on their way to Toni Alm – the alpine hut for the ceremony and subsequent celebration – a real highlight began for the bridal couple and two guests (who had luck in the raffle prepared by the bridal couple the day before): Together, they spectacularly ascended to the wedding location on the mountain by helicopter.
Once they reached the top, the non-religious wedding ceremony took place—one that perfectly suited the couple: relaxed, humorous, and full of personal moments. At the reception, guests raised their glasses, laughed, and celebrated, while one highlight followed another throughout the afternoon: live music, a live illustrator, the wedding cake, and a lovingly designed sweet table ensured that there was something for guests to discover around every corner.
That evening, the entire wedding party gathered once again for dinner, before another band took the stage later on. And what can I say? The atmosphere was just amazing, and the band really brought the house down.
After an eventful wedding day, all the guests met again on Sunday for a joint breakfast. Since the bridal couple booked the Weyerhof exclusively for the entire weekend, everyone could spend the whole weekend together – a beautiful conclusion to an absolutely unforgettable wedding weekend.

When I think back on that wedding weekend, I immediately recall the many special moments that made the day so unique. First and foremost, of course, was the helicopter ride to the Toni Alm. The night before, the bride and groom had raffled off two spots among the guests, who were lucky enough to share this experience with them. The flight over the mountains and the arrival at the wedding venue were definitely a moment that no one will forget anytime soon.
Another highlight was the live illustrator at the reception. Gradually, portraits of the guests were created, drawn right on the spot. Many kept returning to follow the creation process. The best part: the drawings could then be taken home, becoming a very personal memento of this special wedding weekend.
We got married at the end of July and hired Ronja as our wedding planner for the Venue search, partial planning, and support on the wedding day ...it seemed like every time we thought things couldn't get any worse, something else would happen to make it even worse. In all those moments, Ronja was a huge support, has always calmed and comforted me and always tried to, make the best of every situation to do.
We’d especially like to point out that she was often available on weekends and late at night (via WhatsApp)—something that’s by no means a given. Even when it was 8 degrees and raining at the end of July, she kept her cool and did everything she could to ensure that we felt safe and well taken care of have.
