When I spoke to them for the first time, there were only four months to go until the desired wedding date. No date, no location, no plan - but a lot of desire for a winter wedding in the mountains. A tiny wedding with no fuss, no 100 guests, just the most important people by their side. As their wedding planner, I was able to accompany them on the way to their small but incredibly atmospheric mountain wedding - and that's how it came about: this small, beautiful February wedding that will stay in our hearts for a long time to come.
The day started off really calmly. The bride was in her room with her sister and little niece – a relaxed girls' gathering filled with laughter, styling, and simply enjoying the moment. Sure, there was a bit of excitement, but in a good way – it’s getting real! The groom was in another room with his best man. Each on their own, but both with that quiet grin that says: Today's the day.
One of my favorite moments: the bride's first look with her parents. Without a big stage, simply in the hotel room - but that's exactly what made it so special.
For the wedding ceremony, the couple chose the parish church in Untermieming. They consciously decided against floral decorations and instead worked with candles – along the pews, simple, but effective and cozy. Especially in winter, the warm light creates a beautiful mood without being overpowering. The music was chosen by the couple themselves – modern, quiet songs that have personal meaning for them and made the ceremony even more emotional.
After saying "I do", the bride and groom drove to the alpine pasture in their own car - a few quiet minutes for two. We took the guests to the Stöttlalm in shuttles, everything was well planned, but without any hectic rush and relaxed for everyone. The reception was already prepared at the lake below the Stöttlalm - with mulled wine, an aperitif, small snacks and a wonderful view of the mountain panorama. Snow, clear air, the mountains - and in the middle of it all, this small, cozy mountain wedding.
The bride and groom retreated for a short shoot to capture a few quiet moments in the snow - just the two of them, before moving on to the next part of the program.
Inside, the long table was already waiting - set in warm tones, with lots of candlelight and many small details that together created a harmonious overall picture. The floral decorations were lavish, but not too much: cream, rosé, white and fir green, plus cloth napkins, menu and name cards, all perfectly coordinated - for a lot of coziness, just as the couple had wished.
The wedding cake was anything but a quiet part of the program - it was a real highlight of the evening. Two tiers, decorated with fresh flowers and gold leaf, plus fountains and the music of the bride and groom's choice.
After the opening dance, it was party mode ON!

In my blog, I share insights from real weddings, thoughts from the planning process and experiences from various projects. It's about processes, decisions and framework conditions - not about trends or staging.
The articles are aimed at couples who are looking for guidance and want to understand how weddings can be planned and realized.
The two started with a clear vision: a tiny wedding in winter in the mountains, small, personal – and above all, relaxed. All of this with only four months of planning time and over 700km distance to their dream location in Austria. That this could work was clear from the start – but only with structured planning and support that keeps an eye on everything.
There were many interfaces between the church, the alp, and the evening program that needed good coordination. With complete planning, we built their tiny wedding together. And on the wedding day itself, everything ran smoothly in the background for the bride and groom, with me on-site as the Wedding Day Manager.

Thanks to Ronja we had our absolute dream wedding in February! We booked the complete package and had her by our side on our big day - and it was the best decision, that we could meet.
She has the The impossible made possible: Within just four months, she planned our wedding together with us (and that's not a given, considering that planning should start early). She took most of the work off our hands, so we only had to make the final decisions. We were particularly impressed by your great network. All the service providers she recommended to us were absolutely reliable and implemented exactly what we had in mind, and sometimes even more. exceeded our expectations. We could completely rely on everything running smoothly.
Ronja stood in front of us always at your side with her friendly, helpful manner and her incredible calmness, especially on the day of the wedding. We were able to rely 100% on % and focus entirely on what really matters: Enjoy the moment.
